Dr. Gergely Deli Pro Cultura Humana, Hajnóczy and Junior Prima award-winning lawyer, university professor, doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Born in Pécs in 1980. He obtained his degrees from ELTE, Cambridge University, and New York University. His field of research is Roman law. He has been the rector of the National University of Public Service since February 1, 2022. He is an honorary citizen of the city of Bátonyterenye.
