Head of the Circular Economy Development Department of the Ministry of Energy.

Sustainability, circular economy, environmental protection and waste management are his areas of education and research. He previously managed several businesses, worked in a research institute, and was also an elected independent local government representative. He is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Sustainability Management and the head of the Circular Economy Development Department of the Ministry of Energy.
